These terms outline the premium travel contract between guests and Morocco Voya Premium regarding private customized itineraries.

A non-refundable booking deposit of 30% is required to secure private riads, desert camps, and professional guides.

All rates are quoted in EUR or MAD. Final balance payments must be processed 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Cancellations must be sent in writing. Under 30 days before travel, 100% of the total booking value will be retained as a fee.

We reserve the right to modify luxury routes or local lodging in response to severe weather, road safety, or force majeure events.

Guests are responsible for possessing passports valid for at least 6 months post departure and acquiring requisite entry visas.

Accommodations are booked as requested. Substituted properties, if necessary, will always match or exceed original specifications.

Private historical guides and mountain leaders contracted by us are fully licensed by the Moroccan Ministry of Tourism.

Private journeys utilize premium climate-controlled 4x4 vehicles or VIP luxury vans operated by professional licensed drivers.

Respectful conduct towards local guides, cultures, and hosts is required. Unlawful behaviors may cause termination of travel services.

Comprehensive travel insurance covering personal injury, medical emergency, evacuation, and cancellation is strictly mandatory.

Our liability is strictly limited to the booking fee paid. Legal matters are exclusively governed under Moroccan jurisdiction.
